The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Darieth Javol Nunley, 21, 607 Maple St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Terrance Terrell Mays Jr., 20, of St. Louis was arrested on Scott County warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Billy Joe Bradley, 44, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for parole violation.

* Paulina C. Gehringer, 36, of Dexter, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Christopher L. Bell, 33, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.

* Bobby J. Masterson, 48, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Mallory Lynn Young, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for violation of liquor laws.

* Jeffrey L. Beckett, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close.

Thefts

* A light metallic blue bicycle was reported stolen at 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at Capaha Park.
