The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Michelle Suhr, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a traffic violation that resulted in a motor vehicle accident.

Arrests

* A man was in custody pending formal charges for driving while revoked.

* A man was in custody pending formal charges for possession of methamphetamine.

* Travis Haberstroh, 20, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Ryan Forman, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Darrell Isaac, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Sierra C. Signaigo, 19, of O'Fallon, Mo., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a flashing light.

* Brittany Purl, 38, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for allowing an animal to defecate on public property.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported at 2820 Themis St.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A license plate was reported stolen at 317 S. Hanover St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 2115 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 36 N. Spanish St.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 1 N. Main St.

Property damage

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a conservation shelter damaged at Arena Park.

* Property damage was reported at 555 N. Spring Ave.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 123 N. Main St.

* A doorknob was reported damaged at 30 N. Hanover St.

* Tires were reported damaged at 524 N. Fountain St.

Miscellaneous

* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* Harassment was reported.
