The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Tyler J. Ely, 23, of Springfield, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Jared Steven Kasten, 21, 1227 Broadway, Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., unlawful use of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Anna G. Day, 42, of Morehouse, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
* Jessica Lynn Ribble, 26, 720 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for parking in a front yard and failure to appear for prohibited parking.
* Jeffrey Scott Riley, 44, 1317 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm, distribution of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to display plates on a motor vehicle, displaying the plates of another vehicle, driving while revoked, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to stop at steady red light, failure to stop for stop sign, failure to drive on right half of roadway, failure to signal and careless and imprudent driving.
* Robert Charles Hennecke, 28, of Scott City was arrested on a federal warrant for escape.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
* Brandon Scott Blagg, 23, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for receiving stolen property.
* Sulaiman Abdulaziz Alhumaidi, 20, 863 N. Sprigg St., No. 3, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving, no valid operator's license, no proof of insurance and failure to register a vehicle.
* Thaddeaus J. McGregor, no age given, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving an unlicensed vehicle and making an improper turn.
* Raymond C. Enderle, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for violation of a traffic signal.
* Meachelle D. Roose, no age given, of Burfordville was issued a summons for following too closely.
* Brooke D. Messmer, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Lanesha M. West, no age given, 551 S. Spring Ave., Apt. D, was issued summonses for failure to yield and driving while suspended.
* Medication and a purse were reported stolen and a vehicle window was reported broken at 100 Minnesota Ave.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Shoes were reported stolen at 551 S. Spring Ave.
* Keys, a wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 1602 Rand St.
* Bi-State Southern reported food stolen at 612 S. Sprigg St.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1721 Cape Meadows Drive.
* Cotner Electric Inc. reported a tool trailer damaged at 2021 Independence St.
* Assault was reported.
* Assault was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
* Trespassing was reported.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 918 William St.
* A 52-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 27-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
