* Christopher L. Robbins, 33, 1441 County Road 206, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
* Jerry Lee Fowler, 49, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and other traffic offenses.
Arrests
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of displaying plates of another vehicle, driving while revoked, no insurance and no seat belt.
* Thomas J. Vicory, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
* Jennifer L. Biler, 26, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for not paying fines for no operator's license.
* Kerry Glen Mauer Jr., 31, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested for suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Subjects were in custody pending formal charges of burglary, stealing and property damage.
* Jason A. Schaper, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Natalie Giles, 32, of 908 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for failure to keep private property free of litter.
* John L. Tate, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a noise violation.

* A burglary was reported at 3100 Pioneer Drive.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A cellphone was reported stolen.
* CDs and loose change were reported stolen at 1413 Brookshire Drive.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Fuel was reported stolen at Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway.
* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 24 S. Hanover St.
* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.
* Theft was reported at Leimer and Wessel Construction, 120 Summerfield Way.
* A handgun, wallet and purse were reported stolen at 412 Sheridan Drive.
* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway.

* Property damage was reported at 353 S. Kingshighway.
* Property damage was reported at 16 S. Silver Springs Road.
* An automobile was reported damaged at 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* Elder abuse was reported at 2825 Bloomfield Road.
