The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Andrea R. Kieninger, 35, 2505 Singing Hills Drive, was arrested at Lexington Avenue and Cape Lacroix Road on suspicion of failure to drive within a single lane and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • A 16-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
  • Amy S. Baker, 32, 38 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and a Williamson County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear.
  • Joe C. Motley, 43, of St. Louis was arrested at North Kingshighway and Boulder Crest Drive on a Jefferson County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
  • Chad R. Stash, 38, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
  • Michael J. Brewer, 25, of Friedheim was arrested at 2222 Melrose St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

  • Candice R. West, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for receiving stolen property.
  • Steven Z. Clark, 19, of Jackson was issued summonses for possession of marijuana and curfew violation in a park at 2500 Spartech Drive.

  • Assault, burglary and property damage were reported.
  • Assault, robbery and armed criminal action were reported.

Burglaries

  • Attempted burglary was reported.
  • Burglary and theft of firearms were reported at 1300 N. Spanish St.

  • A Macbook, iPad and iPhone were reported stolen at 2107 Brink St.
  • Cash was reported stolen at Hotshots, 15 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

  • Forgery was reported.
