The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* A suspect was in custody pending charges of stealing hygiene items at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
* Elizabeth T. Harris, 32, 1060 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Paducah, Ky., warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Gabiel D. Houseman, 18, 923 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Missouri warrant for probation violation.
* Elizabeth D. Bryant, 23, of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested on a Missouri state warrant for fraud.
* Glenda K. Ross, 41, 1226 Harmony St., was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for probation violation for careless and imprudent driving.
* Michael D. Ott, 56, 2516 Albert Rasche Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* An iPod and money were reported stolen at 2907 Lear Drive.
* Miscellaneous items were reported stolen at 41 N. Sprigg St.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 405 S. Ellis St.
* Burglary and theft of a laptop computer and rifles were reported at 831 William St., Apt. B.
* Burglary, damage to a screen and theft of a laptop computer, power cord, televisions, Wii and games, money and a backpack were reported at 124 S. Benton St.
* A violation of an order or protection was reported.
* A 33-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A violation of an order of protection was reported.
The Cape Girardeau Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Rebeckah R. Lingle, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Gregory L. Senske Jr., 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Steven D. Clark Jr., 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for third-degree domestic assault.
* Kenya M. Brown, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no insurance and for suspended license.
* Darrell L. Dodson Jr., 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jefferson County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense and a Union County, Ill., warrant for shoplifting.
* Gregory G. Garcia, 36, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a Leadington, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense.
* Joshua P. Peikert, 21, of Dutchtown was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to wear safety belt and for probation violation for driving while revoked or suspended.
* Craig T. Priday, 34, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting or interfering with arrest and for unlawful use of a weapon.
The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.
* Two iPhone 4Ss were reported stolen at the Rosengarten Athletic Complex.
