The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Andrew T. Hanks, 18, 912 Elm St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Shelley A. Snider, 35, no address given, was arrested on a Pike County warrant for forgery.

* Paul L. Ayers, 37, 1131 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Burglaries

* Burglary and property damage were reported at 2439 Bloomfield Road.

* Burglary and a broken window were reported at Candy Cane Cleaners, 340 N. Kingshighway.

* Burglary and stolen electronics were reported at Bath and Kitchen Idea Center, 355 N. Kingshighway.

Thefts

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 629 S. Pacific St.

* Alcohol was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A 20-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Two peace disturbances were reported at 24 S. Spanish St.
