CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests to not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, driving while revoked and expired registration.
• Terra Warren, no age given, of Scott County was arrested on a warrant.

Summonses

• Jame A. Wors IV, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and failure to give signal.

Thefts

• Stealing, forgery and identity theft were reported.
• A suitcase with personal items was reported stolen at 3100 Pioneer Drive.
• A clothing, a comforter and sheet set were reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
• Theft of food and damage to padlocks were reported at Hamburger Express, 902 William St.
• Medication was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.
• A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 2118 Brink Ave.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• An awning was reported damaged at Garber's Men's Wear, 2110 William St.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
• An animal bite was reported on Autumn Leaf Drive.
• Forcible rape was reported.
