The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Ethan G. Flood, 24, 1527 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to cross.

* Nathan A. Garcia, 29, of Dupo, Illinois, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, being a minor in possession of alcohol, failure to maintain a single lane and driving without headlights.

Arrests

* Tonia L. Williams, 32, 224 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for probation violation.

* Sidney B. Scowden, 19, of Oran, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Tiana J. Lewis, 19, 421 Sheridan Drive, was issued a summons for stealing at Sears, 330 Siemers Drive.

* Beverly J. Johnston, no age given, of Olmsted, Illinois, was issued a summons for violation of a steady red light.

* John J. Kelly IV, 36, 2833 Vista Lane, was issued a summons for stealing at 709 Broadway.

Theft

* Rhodes, 536 S. Sprigg St., reported alcohol stolen.

Burglary

* Burglary and the theft of electronics and clothing were reported at 327 S. Hanover St.
