CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Arrests

* Adrion D. Love, 27, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Jackson County, Ill., warrant.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Shalandria L. Westbrook, no age given, of Tamms, Ill., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Mitchell W. Holder, no age given, of Morley, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Thefts

* A silver Raymart scooter was reported stolen at 701 N. Lorimier St.

* A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

* A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 1150 S. Silver Springs Road.

Property damage

* Damage to a push lawn mower and theft of a drop trailer were reported at 2427 Melrose Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 58-year-old woman was placed into detention for the mentally ill.
