The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Daniel Balch, 28, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failing to appear in court.

* Aaliyah Curry, 17, 1115 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Kendra Ward, 24, 507 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Patty Clowes, 45, 1927 N. Kingshighway Apt. 23, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Eric Tunnell, 24, 1110 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failing to appear and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.

* Deangelo Barnhill, 20, 903 S. Sprigg St., was arrested in an assist to another agency.

* Kyle Hill, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested in an assist to another agency.

* Brittany R. Hanks, 22, 912 Elm St., was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine.

Summonses

* Frederick Burns II was issued a summons for a nuisance party ordinance violation at 226 N. Ellis St.

* Jonnisha Bridges, 28, 903 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for assault.

* Terrisha Lee, 28, 903 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for assault.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported at 429 S. Benton St.

Burglary

* Burglary and stealing were reported at 1713 Montgomery St.

Thefts

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Theft was reported at 3269 William St.

* Theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft was reported at 132 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
