The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Raevonn M.A. Banks, 21, 318 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to show proof of insurance.

Arrests

* Tyrone Marion, 47, 1445 Woodland Drive, Jackson, was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Eric M. Holder, 21, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Cody J. Schlosser, 21, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 310 Independence St. and on North Silver Springs Road.

* A check was reported stolen at 1205 Fairlane Drive.

* A bicycle was reported stolen on 300 S. Sprigg St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 741 Giboney Ave.

* Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported food stolen.

* A GPS unit, DVD case and cigarettes were reported stolen at 224 Sherwood Drive.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 102 N. Henderson Ave.

* A DVD and headphones were reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 25-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Forgery was reported at 217 N. Kingshighway.

* A robbery was reported.

* Animal neglect or abandonment was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.

* Harassment was reported.
