CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Mark D. Kilhafner, 32, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested at West Fort Street and Water Street on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
• Terelle D. Hobbs, 26, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of forgery at 2527 William St.
• Dereke D. Tipler, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at Bellevue and Fountain streets on suspicion of resisting arrest and on a Perryville, Missouri, warrant for traffic offense and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Assault was reported.

Thefts

• Wheels were reported stolen at Van Matre Buick, 511 S. Kingshighway.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 1201 S. Sprigg St.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 327 N. Frederick St.
• An iPhone 6 was reported stolen at 1126 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

• A 27-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
• Trespassing was reported at 670 Napa Circle.
• Interference with custody was reported.
• A 57-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
