The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Galen L. Osborne, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest and probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and driving while suspended.

* Rebecca S. Jones, 49, 2150 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Alva A. Hall, 50, 719 William St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy.

* Anthony P. Allen, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Demetrius E. Robinson, 21, 610 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for stop sign violation, improper registration, careless and imprudent driving and failure to pay fine and costs.

* Charles J. Pruitt, 49, of Antioch, Tenn., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper U-turn.

Summonses

* Brenda J. Seyer, no age given, 433 Themis St., was issued a summons for striking a parked vehicle.

* Aron J. Jays, no age given, of Benton, Ill., was issued a summons for running a red light.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and property damage to Ford custom bikes were reported at 2109 Boulder Crest Drive.

Thefts

* Two credit cards and cash were reported stolen at 621 Themis St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 2117 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Knowingly burning was reported.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* Request for service was reported.

* Failure to return rental property was reported at Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.

* Forgery was reported at 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Request for service was reported.

* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Request for service was reported.
