The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Tyler S. Halterman, no age given, 63 Sena Fawn Drive, Apt. B2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* J.L. Danielle Johnson, 22, of Jackson was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for probation revocation on resisting arrest, failure to appear for original charge of failure to appear and probation violation for resisting arrest/interfering with arrest; on two Sikeston, Mo., warrants for contempt of court; and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* Gary R. Warfield, 25, 538 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while suspended.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Jonathan M. Gephart, 26, 1137 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for obstructing police.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 2000 Cape LaCroix Road.

* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 1410 S. Sprigg St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1723 Broadway.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a motorcycle helmet stolen.

* A black and white bicycle was reported stolen at 1425 Whitener St.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A trailer was reported stolen at 1430 N. Spanish St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 921 William St.

Miscellaneous

* The unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and the unlawful use of drug paraphernalia were reported.

* Rocky C. Leimer, 27, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Arrests

* Lucas W. Wilfond, 24, of Zalma, Mo., was arrested on a Madison County warrant for property damage.

* Ashley N. McGuinn, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and failure to dim lights.

* Tearmond L. Wade, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
