Arrests
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of burglary.
* Kelly M. Seabaugh, 31, 173 D St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
* Walter D. Combs, 41, 329 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for contempt of court.
* William T. Harris, 31, 2819 Concord Place, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Brandon E. Geiger, 20, 103 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Consentshae Parker, age not given, 925 William St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* Trevon D. Starnes, age not given, 106 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
Summonses
* Jordan J. Spradling, 19, 2005 Yorktown Drive, received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Christen M. Latini, 19, of Longmont, Colo., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Danielle M. Owen, 19, of Scott City received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Assault
* Domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* Money was reported stolen at 902 North West End Blvd.
* Two power washers were reported stolen at 329 N. Middle St.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1448 N. Kingshighway.
* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* A bicycle and license plate was reported stolen at 760 S. Kingshighway.
* Best Buy, 3026 William St., reported money stolen.
* Money was reported stolen at 250 S. Silver Springs Road.
* Electronics were reported stolen at 228 S. Ellis St.
Burglary
* A flat-screen TV and gym equipment were reported taken from 224 S. Lorimier St.
Miscellaneous
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
