The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Ashley M. Erlbacher, 24, 490 Silverado Trail, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Carl D. Canull, 30, 415 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Ishmael I. Blackmon, 31, 807 William St., No. 2, rear, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for stealing.

Summonses

* Don R. Turner, 38, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for no insurance, driving while suspended and failure to maintain a single lane.

* Demarcus P. Turner, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Melvin T. Young, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too close.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported on South Sprigg Street.

Theft

* Stealing from a building was reported at 2850 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

* A juvenile was in custody on suspicion of curfew violation in general, runaway juvenile and liquor laws, possession of intoxicants.

* Stalking was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.

SOUTHEAST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY

The Department of Public Safety released the following item.

* Stealing/tampering of a Missouri temporary registration vehicle tag was reported at the River Campus.
