The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Clifton L. Council Jr., 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jonathan E. Northington, 41, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Brandon M. Littleton, 20, 729 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Gordonville warrant for failure to appear.

* Dennis E. Banks, 36, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for probation violation.

* Ashley R. Stein, 19, 1236 Bertling St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a drug violation.

Summonses

* Teressa K. Peters, 53, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Jessica E. Schumer, 23, 210 Oak Lane, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Amber N. Hecht, 23, 106 Enclave #A-6, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Jordan W. Cook, 23, 912 Forest Ave., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Thefts

* Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A robbery and theft were reported.

* Money, a license and credit cards were reported stolen at 2556 Independence St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at 1717 Bertling St.

* Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1405 Luce St.
