Arrests

* Benny J. Benavente, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for suspended license.

* Andrew T. Hanks, 19, 1338 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no insurance.

* Jonathan L. Popp, 30, 2677 Hopper Road, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended driver's license, improper registration and no insurance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession with intent to deliver controlled substance and driving while revoked.

* Zachariah D. Sutton, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Edna J. Anderson, no age given, 2973 Shamrock Court, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Elizabeth N. Hodges, no age given, of Bertrand, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain single lane of traffic.

* Ronterreal Henderson, 1724 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of two televisions were reported at 615 N. Henderson Ave.

Thefts

* A wireless router was reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 49 N. Hanover St.

* A drivers license, debit card and money were reported stolen at 3449 Glenview Drive.

* A gun, ammunition and sunglasses were reported stolen at 3613 Old Hopper Road.

* Missouri license plate 4PK-004 was reported stolen at 2861 Themis St.

* An iPad and case were reported stolen at 547 Olive St.

* Electronics were reported stolen at Kohlfeld Distributing, 1101 William St.

* Cash was reported stolen at 2136 William St.

* Cash was reported stolen from Winks Gas Station, 2017 Perryville Road.

* A 40-year-old-man was taken into protective custody.

* A 36-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported by the U.S. Postal Service, 320 N. Frederick St.
