* Benny J. Benavente, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for suspended license.
* Andrew T. Hanks, 19, 1338 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no insurance.
* Jonathan L. Popp, 30, 2677 Hopper Road, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended driver's license, improper registration and no insurance.

* An iPad and case were reported stolen at 547 Olive St.
* Electronics were reported stolen at Kohlfeld Distributing, 1101 William St.
* Cash was reported stolen at 2136 William St.
* Cash was reported stolen from Winks Gas Station, 2017 Perryville Road.
* A 40-year-old-man was taken into protective custody.
* A 36-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Property damage was reported by the U.S. Postal Service, 320 N. Frederick St.
