* Benny J. Benavente, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for suspended license.

* Andrew T. Hanks, 19, 1338 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no insurance.

* Jonathan L. Popp, 30, 2677 Hopper Road, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended driver's license, improper registration and no insurance.
