The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.
* Levon S. Peetz, 26, 609 Themis St., No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and excessive speed.
* Walter C. Lewis, 57, of St. Louis was arrested on Clay County warrant for failure to appear for failure to maintain brakes.
* Michael M. Stone, 51, 507 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and stealing a pizza.
* Ishmael I. Blackmon, 31, 807 William St., Rear Apt. 2, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear three times for failure to maintain motor vehicle responsibility and two times for stealing.
* Kittrel E. Brazelman, 52, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing.
* Madelyn C. Hampton, 67, 2801 Bloomfield Road, and Teresa H. Connell, 47, 1009 Emily Court, were arrested on suspicion of property damage.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of violation of an order of protection.
* A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing alcohol at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
* Michael L. Strange, 41, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while suspended.
* Valencia Francenia Clark, 37, 2780 Lynwood Hills, Apt. 3, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failing to yield and failure to show proof of insurance.
* Robert Tyler Rance King, 24, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and failure to appear for violating a steady signal.
* A debit card was reported stolen at 1580 Grandview Drive.
* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported.
* Ellis Battery, 1477 N. Kingshighway, reported used vehicle batteries stolen and trespassing.
* A vehicle title was reported stolen at 845 Walnut St.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1400 David St.
* Nip Kelley Equipment reported a chain-link fence cut and a generator and saw stolen at 1301 Giboney Ave.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Burglary, the theft of clothing and damage to a lamp were reported at 542 S. Spring Drive.
* Spray paint on a vehicle was reported at 239 Henderson Avenue.
* A burn barrel was reported damaged at 26 N. Hanover St.
* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Failure to return to confinement was reported.
* Counterfeiting was reported.
* Harassment was reported.
The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Office released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* John A Shelton, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.
* Valencia F. Clark, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle; and on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while suspended, failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to appear for failure to yield and failure to appear for failure to maintain financial responsibility.
* Kelly G. Overy, 31, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for burglary.
* John M. Bradley, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Butler County warrant for distribution/delivery/manufacture/produce a controlled substance.
* Damontray L. Blair, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary.
* Ronnie D. Ayers, 48, of Lebanon, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
* Jeffrey A. Harker, 49, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest-detention-stop by fleeing, two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer and tampering.
* Pamela I. Larson, 63, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
