The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Richard B. Stemmerick, 43, 526 Boxwood Drive, Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Sara M. Kaiser, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for suspicion of failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.

* Vivian A. Howard, 28, 1101 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for suspicion of failure to appear to pay fines.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Fuel was reported stolen at Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway.

* A purse was reported stolen at 495 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Route 66, 1803 Independence St.

* Theft and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported at 2524 Ford Drive.

* A GPS unit was reported stolen at 536 Woodbine Place.

* Renewal tags were reported stolen at 2722 Adeline Ave.

* Theft was reported at 1249 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 1101 S. Pacific St.
