Arrest

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at 3261 William St.

Summonses

• Jared A. Siemers, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield
• Mattid J. Rider, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for resisting arrest.
• Patrick A. Lingo, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shopligting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Dakota S. Deering, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for an improper lane change.

Assaults

• Forcible sodomy, robbery and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A watch was reported stolen.
• Vehicle parts were reported stolen at Orscheln Farm Supply, 338 Christine St.
• Drury Lodge, 104 Vantage Drive, reported a theft.
• Hertz, 879 N. Kingshighway, reported two motor vehicles stolen.
• An iPhone was reported stolen at 835 S. West End Blvd.
• A vehicle was reported stolen at 121 S. Benton St.

Property damage

• A window was reported damaged at 211 N. Park Ave.
• An exterior door was reported damaged.

• Assist other agency was reported.
• A request for service was reported.
• A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
