  • Dante M. Davis, 20, 2842 Independence St., was arrested at 1700 Good Hope St. for animal leash law required.

Charges

  • Julian Flores, 34, of Cape Girardeau faces charges of indecent exposure at 2021 Independence St.
  • Hunters Stephens, no age given, of Cape Girardeau faces charges of being a minor in possession of alcohol, revoked license and no insurance at Themis Street and Silver Springs Road.
  • Charges are pending against a suspect for domestic assault in the 500 block of Columbine Lane.
  • Charges are pending against a suspect for shoplifting at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
  • Charges are pending against a suspect for resisting arrest at 113 Broadway.

  • Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported shoplifting.
  • Theft was reported at 1519 William St.
  • Fairway Auto Credit, 2008 William St., reported motor vehicle theft and tampering with a motor vehicle.
  • D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported theft.
  • Walmart, 3439 William St., reported theft.

Property damage

  • Damage to jail property was reported at 2530 Maria Louise Lane.

  • A 20-year-old man was taken into protective custody in the 400 block of Broadway.
  • Harassment was reported in the 900 block of Perry Avenue.
  • Harassment was reported in the 1100 block of William Street.
  • Request for service was made at 3219 William St.
  • CVS Pharmacy, 202 Siemers Drive, reported fraud.
  • Endangering the welfare of a child was reported in the 1200 block of South Sprigg Street.
