* April F. Motsinger, 42, 123 Lot Drive, No. 15, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for trespassing and assault.

Thefts

* Credit and debit cards were reported stolen at 709 North St.

* Miscellaneous items were reported stolen at Dollar General, 724 Broadway.

* A vehicle stereo was reported stolen and the driver's window and door were reported damaged at 7 N. Ellis St.

* Alcohol was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* A glass door at the Department of the Treasury, 137 Broadway, was reported damaged.

* A garage door was reported damaged at 1006 Dearmont Court.

* Scratches on a vehicle were reported at 3857 Themis St.

* A window and taillight were reported damaged at 539 Columbine Lane.

* Toy drumsticks were reported damaged at 2400 N. County Park Road.
