DWI

* Dennis E. Means, II, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Justin L. Pinkerton, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Krista K. Bates, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing sunglasses at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Sherry L. Niederbach, 37, of Morehouse, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay a fine for vehicle responsibility.

* Raymond D. Kuhn, 41, of Malden, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.

* Eve E. Andrews, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to appear for improper registration and stealing.

* Delanod T. Stone, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Julia N. Linley, 34, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration.

* Demetrius E. Robinson, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, driving while revoked and failure to display plates.

* Benjamin Savage, 48, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and domestic assault.

* Amy L. Heberlie, 39, of Millersville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of forgery and stealing.

* Robert L. Brewer, 40, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, was arrested for assault and armed criminal action.

* Three subjects were in custody pending formal charges of felonious restraint, making a false report and unlawful possession of an illegal weapon.

* Robert E. Jackson, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection.

* Shelby M. Seabaugh, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3639 William St.

* Kaitlin C. Shumate, 19 of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3639 William St.

* Marion D. Rowsley, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while revoked.

* David E. Sanders, 49, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to stop at a steady red signal.

* Cecile E. Thompson, 22, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3639 William St.

* Amanda C. Kirkpatrick, 33, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Andrew P. Young, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on six Cape Girardeau warrants for two counts of improper registration, two counts of driving with a revoked driver's license, speeding and no insurance.

* Richard W. Flentge, 50, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Summonses

* Herbert E. Sanders, 83, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Rebecca M. Phillips. 40, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

* Nicole M. Meyer, 29, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for operating an unlicensed business.

Thefts

* Money and identification documents were reported stolen.

* A cellphone, mattress and bed frame were reported stolen from Rent One, 610 Kingshighway.

* A credit card was reported stolen.

* Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.

* A 2012 gray scooter Renegade was reported stolen from 1521 Whitener St.

* Stealing and forgery were reported.

* An iPad was reported stolen from River City Coins, 713 Broadway.

* A laptop computer and Xbox 360 were reported stolen t 921 S. Ellis St.
