The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jason Buddy Hecht, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for suspicion of probation violation.

* Paul Lee Martin, 32, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for suspicion of damaging jail property.

* Courtney D. Trankle, 34, was arrested on suspicion of exhibition driving.

* Randy Randall, 35, 1004 Maple Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County for suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit device.

* Michael E. Cox, 29, 539 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested for suspicion of stealing.

* Robert E. Dees Jr., 36, 3164 Highway F, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration.

* Rosalind A. Thomas, 48, 735 William St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing makeup, accessories and jewelry at Dollar General Store, 724 Broadway.

* Portia B. Harris, 20, 117 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Brianne N. Cagle, 21, 2857 Themis St., Apt. 4A, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court pending formal charges of robbery.

* Maurice L. Purdiman, 26, of Mound City, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Steven L. Williams, 34, 911 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for suspicion of failure to appear for improper registration.

* Corey T. Wilson, 35, 3004 Themis St., Apt A, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for suspicion of two counts of failure to appear.

* Bobby J. Masterson, 56, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for suspicion of failure to appear for trespassing.

* Mareeka J Pullen, 19, 2501 Melrose Ave., was arrested for suspicion of indecent exposure and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Alexander J. Anderson, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of consuming alcohol in public.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Summons

* Shaneka Nicole Watkins, 32, 420 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 2400 Veterans Memorial Drive.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 49 N. Park Ave.

* Money and a vehicle window were reported stolen and damaged at 7 Village Drive.

* A phone was reported stolen at AT&T, 3363 Gordonville Road.

* Medications were reported stolen at 2716 Luce Street.

* Food was reported stolen at Bob Evans at 156 Vantage Drive.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 449 South Kingshighway.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St.

* Shoes were reported stolen at Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive.

* A safe and coin collection were reported stolen and damage to doors was reported at 501 Louis St.

Miscellaneous

* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 55-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A suspicious fire was reported.

* Protective custody was reported at 421 S. Ellis St.

* Jarron E. Artis, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for suspicion of probation violation for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Sarah J. Presley, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Dexter, Mo., warrant for suspicion of failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* Duane E. Haffner, 28 of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for suspicion of violating probation and parole for endangering the welfare of a child.
