The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Kurbie Brandon Wallis, 19, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Jarvis Narassar Robinson, 49, 519 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A suspect is in custody pending charges of domestic assault.

* Ashley Nichole Rhymer, 20, 15120 E. Riverside Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A suspect is in custody pending charges of assault, attempted assault on law enforcement officer and property damage.

* Lorenzo Tate Jr., 23, 409 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting and interfering with arrest and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* David L. Reed, age not given, 1200 S. Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for animal neglect.

* Margie F. Schoppa, 48, 1432 N. Water St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Kris A. Oliveira, 31, 1911 Grandview Drive, was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* A domestic assault was reported.
