Arrests

* Lance D. Sterling, 28, 926 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for child neglect.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* An iPhone 4S was reported stolen at 3363 Gordonville Road.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 316 S. Lorimier St.

Summons

* Cynthia R. Buchheit, no age given, 1427 William St., was issued a summons for failure to stop at stop sign.

Miscellaneous

* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Forgery was reported at 2112 Broadway.

* Request for service was reported.

* Identity theft was reported at 2757 Lynwood Hills Drive.
