* Melvin J. Steward, 27, 1215 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraudulent use of a debit device and on suspicion of making a false declaration.
* Tracey R. Adams, 20, 1318 N. Sprigg St., No. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for harassment.
* Ronald D. Barnes, 54, 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 87, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
