CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Andrea Danielle Burton, 19, of Thebes, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Michael Danny William Hardin Jr., 18, 707 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court.
• Brooke Mackenzie Albrecht, 19, 374 Pleasant Lakes Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Zechariah Lee James, 37, 614 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving with an open container.
• James Ryan Scheller, 19, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Samuel Coltin Shaw, 19, 2831 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Mark A. Kolmer, 53, 99 S. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for misuse of 911.
• Leslie H. Allgood, 36, 2541 Janet Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• Melba J. Hays, 25, of Bell City, Missouri, was arrested on a Festus, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
• Matthew J. Dixon, 31, 1983 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for larceny.
• Lamont A. Whitney, 19, 426 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for false ID.
• Juan C. Hall, 21, 201 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Keitree D. Shannon, 26, 800 S. Pacific St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Summonses

• Kenneth D. Nave, no age given, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Sandra M. Robison, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Thelma R. Gafford, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.
• Armando G. Lorenzo, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop and driving without an operator's license.

Thefts

• Vehicle wheels were reported stolen at 35 S. Park Ave.
• Clothing and shoes were reported stolen at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• Identity theft was reported.
• Jewelry and a DVD were reported stolen at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 1736 Independence St.
• A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive.

Property damage

• A house and vehicle at 1825 Bloomfield St. were reported damaged by egging.
• A window was reported damaged at Delta Companies Inc., 1208 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported.
