The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jason Scott Jones, 30, 443 Marie St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and failure to signal.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of manufacturing and attempted to deliver a controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Corey Dej-uan Thompson, 22, 419 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Dennis Lee Ruffin, 23, 207 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Malden, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for failure to comply.

* Kelly Reed Church, 35, 605 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Jonathan S. Conley, 30, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.

* Philece J. Brooks, 25, 11 N. Benton St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for an not having a valid license.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 1806 William St.
