The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Keitree D. Shannon, 22, 2549 Ranchito Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, a parole violation and failure to appear for contempt of court for no operator's license, and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation.

* Stephanie N. Cerny, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of two counts of assault on a law enforcement and resisting arrest.

* Jauvaris C. Walker, 20, 416 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

* Bradley D. Jackson, 35, 210 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of domestic assault and child endangerment.

* Deangelo M. Barnhill, 20, 903 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Mark A. Thompson, 27, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for child safety belt violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of counterfeiting and possession of other dangerous drugs.

* Duane M. Duvic, 45, 2831 Hemlock Court, Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of domestic assault and burglary.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summons

* Marie E. Stevenson, 52, 646 S. Henderson Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.

* Domestic assault and stealing was reported.
