The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Marcus Dontay Larry, 19, 3018 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for trespassing, resisting or interfering with an arrest and for a probation violation.
* Jim Franklin, 37, 1012 Breezy Lane, was arrested on suspicion of assault and driving with a suspended license.
* Jeffrey Scott Lee, 24, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Latrice Virginia Coffman, 24, 1213 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a false declaration.
* Freddie Cortez Banks, 37, 333 N. Ellis St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
* Carol Elizabeth Allbritton, 44, 827 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of a traffic violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Troy Stuckey, 36, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Mississippi County, Mo., warrant for stealing.
* Derick Deshawn Tucker, 26, 1005 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Pulaski County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.
* Melissa A. Marra-Seabaugh, 37, 2108 Nottingham Lane, received a summons for a fireworks violation.
* Makeba Tawan Verpil, 38, of Chicago received a summons for a fireworks violation.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Third-degree assault was reported at 410 Kiwanis Drive.
* Third-degree assault was reported at 1157 S. West End Blvd.
* Second-degree assault was reported at 913 Hickory St.
* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported liquor stolen.
* Money was reported stolen at 620 Boxwood Drive.
* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.
* Computer monitors were reported stolen at 31 N. Lorimier St.
* Clothing, a scanner, various spices, a television, microwave, furniture and a stripper pole and assorted items were reported stolen at 921 William St.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* An order of protection was reported violated.
* Interference with custody was reported.
