The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Steven Voorhes, age not given, 128 S. Park St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* A suspect was arrested for violation of protection order.

* Tina M. Farrow-Roberts, 49, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Tricia A. Roberts, 25, 611 Koch Ave., was arrested on suspicion of violating an order of protection.

* Harold J. Bays, 43, 211 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a Dumpster violation.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting at Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* Rosalind Hubbard, 56, 219 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of burglary, stealing and property damage.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a fireworks violation and false declaration.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Amber N. Windisch, 29, 802 William St., received a summons for receiving stolen property.

* Kailin I. Cherry, 21, of Mounds, Ill., received a summons for a noise violation.

* Deandre Betts, 22, 624 S. Benton St., received a summons for a noise violation and resisting or interfering with arrest.

* Paula D. Diebold, 48, of Chaffee, Mo., receive a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Lawrence L. Glehorn III, 19, 2849 Themis St., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault and endangerment of the welfare of a child were reported.

* A burglary, arson and damage to Sheetrock were reported at 800 S. Ellis St.

* A burglary and the theft of a computer and DVD player were reported at 2829 Themis St.

* A Springfield Arms 9 mm pistol was reported stolen at 2136 William St.

* The theft of a motor vehicle, theft and property damage were reported at 2071 and 2075 Corporate Circle.

* A phone handset was reported stolen at 435 N. Frederick St.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Theft was reported at 901 S. Benton St.

* Theft was reported at 1940 Golden Eagle Court.
