DWI

  • David S. Conrad of Jackson was arrested at 2315 N. Kingshighway on suspicion of DWI.
  • DWI was reported at Main and Johnson streets.

Arrests

  • David A. Rodgers of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested at 103 N. Kingshighway on suspicion of first-degree domestic assault, felonious restraint and resisting arrest.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine at 1216 Jefferson Ave.
  • A suspect was in custody pending charges of stealing at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.

Summonses

  • Hardy Gaines Jr., no age or address given, was issued summonses for failure to yield, failure to signal and no driver's license at Luce Street and Pind Wood Lane.

Assaults

  • First-degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 43 S. Main St.
  • Second-degree domestic assault was reported at 835 N. Kingshighway.
  • Second-degree domestic assault was reported at 555 N. Spring Ave.
  • Second-degree domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Stealing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported at 2404 Brister Hill Road.
  • Theft was reported at 835 S. West End Blvd.

  • A wallet and phone were reported stolen at 3049 William St.
  • Theft was reported at 1825 Montgomery St.

  • Property damage was reported at 1436 Rose St.

  • A 52-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 18 S. Ellis St.
  • Violation of an order of protection for an adult was reported.
  • Rape was reported.
  • A runaway juvenile was reported.
  • Sexual abuse was reported.
  • A red Magna mountain bike was reported found at 901 Perry Ave.
  • Sexual misconduct was reported.
