CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Edward F. Roberts, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of damaging a toilet-paper dispenser at Rhodes 101, 1624 S. Kingshighway.
- Marco Jeffery, 45, 903 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing steaks at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.
- Stacy L. Ash, 29, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing a hair iron and makeup at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
- Two 16-year-old boys were taken into custody on suspicion of hindering prosecution and possession of marijuana.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, assault on a law-enforcement officer, felonious restraint and resisting arrest.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., and possession of methamphetamine.
- A 16-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of stealing a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.
- Marcus A. Rice, 29, 807 Maple St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of probation violation.
- Kerry H. Davis Jr., 31, 29 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for an unlicensed vehicle.
- Tonya D. Adams, 25, 1318 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
- Johnny S. Joyce Jr., 27, 1515 Scott St., was arrested on a warrant.
Thefts
- A charging station was reported stolen at Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 St. Francis Drive.
- Burglary and the theft of medications, an Xbox 360 and a tablet were reported at 103 Clark Ave.
- Clothing was reported stolen at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
- Stolen potato chips were reported at Frito Lay, 1857 Rusmar St.
Robbery
- First-degree robbery was reported.
Assault
- Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
Property damage
- Property damage was reported at Red Star Baptist Church.
- Damage to a vehicle was reported at 3049 William St.
Miscellaneous
- Indecent exposure was reported.
- A 54-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Arrests
- Charles A. Robinson, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for third-degree domestic assault.
- Jeffery S. Gantt, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested for driving while revoked.
- Tyler R. Howard, 31, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.
- Melissa D. Woolard, 40, of Puxico, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
- Jermonte M. Lawrence, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for resisting arrest.
