The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Kathy Loueira Hannah, 36, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for striking a stopped vehicle, driving while suspended and failure to show proof of insurance and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense.
  • Lawrence Vernoil Wesley Jr., 53, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear to pay fines for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear to pay fine for trespassing.
  • Taquichea Germaine Moore, 29, 22 N. Park St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper backing and failure to appear for handicapped parking ticket.
  • William C.E. Jaquin, 19, 5579 Highway 25, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summons

  • Brittany DeShea Henry, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.

  • Defrauding secured creditors was reported.

  • A 50-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A 38-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

  • Fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported at 2027 Broadway.
  • A 29-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
