The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Rickey Scott, 31, of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for statutory rape; a Scott County, Mo., warrant for child neglect; and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault.

* Katherine Leaann Barnard, 32, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summons

* Vance D. Raines, no age given, 531 Albert St., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Alberto V. Winfield, no age given, 120 N. Park Ave., was issued a summons for improper turn.

* Shaihua Chen, 49, 2839 Whitener St., Apt. 9, was issued a summons for trespassing.

* Christopher Berbling, no age given, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for making a left turn when prohibited and failure to yield.

* Ricky L. Welker, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for running a stop sign.

* Wanda L. Stone, no age given, of Friedheim was issued a summons for improper lane change.

* Darbe L. Backfisch, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft of a bicycle were reported at 513 Amethyst St.

* Burglary was reported at 1224 Jefferson Ave.

* Burglary and theft of cigarettes, a PlayStation and controllers, a Wii and controllers, a Game Cube and controllers, television, video games, CD player, money and suitcases were reported at 524 N. Fountain St.

Thefts

* A cellphone, driving permit, jewelry and wallet were reported stolen at 18 N. Sprigg St.

* Rebar was reported stolen at Springfield Builders, 2161 William St.

* A black bicycle was reported stolen at 916 Good Hope.

* A Kindle Fire, cellphone and two Nintendo DS systems were reported stolen at 1508 E. Riverside Drive.

* Medication and money were reported stolen at 817 S. Pacific St.

* Medication was reported stolen at Fountain Street and Park Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 123 N. Pacific St.

* A windshield was reported damaged at 510 Washington Ave.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 121 East Rodney Drive.

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 1107 Good Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

* Counterfeiting was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.

* Failure to return to confinement was reported.

* Animal maintaining a nuisance was reported.

* A request for service was reported.
