The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Kenneth Tribout, no age given, of Charleston, Missouri, faces charges of driving while intoxicated at Independence Street and U.S. 61.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, driving while revoked, no driving in a single lane and resisting arrest at New Madrid Street and North West End Boulevard.
  • Cody Seyer, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant of commitment.
  • Misty Wilfong, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 119 N. Henderson Ave. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Matthew Cameron, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at Southern Expressway and Minnesota Avenue on a drug violation.
  • Brittany Newsom, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • Terelle Dominic Hobbs, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 211 St. Francis Drive on suspicion of trespassing.
  • Troy Stuckey, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 777 N. Main St. on a warrant.

Charges

  • Charges are pending against a suspect for delivery of a controlled substance into a jail.

Summons

  • Carl Wilson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for an animal at large in the 400 block of South Sprigg Street.

Assaults

  • Domestic assault was reported in the 800 block of South West End Boulevard.
  • Second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported in the 2800 block of Themis Street.
  • Domestic assault was reported in the 500 block of Themis Street.

Thefts

  • Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 1115 Good Hope St.
  • Theft was reported at 2851 Whitener St.
  • Best Buy, 3026 William St., reported theft of more than $750.
  • Broadway Park Apartments, 1234 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported theft of more than $750.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 1015 Bloomfield St.

Miscellaneous

  • A 20-year-old woman was taken into protective custody at 3261 William St.
  • An animal bite was reported.
  • Leash law violation was reported at 930 Walnut St.
  • Fraud was reported.
  • A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody at East Rodney Drive and Independence Street.
  • Mentally-ill detention was reported in the 400 block of Pearl Street.
