The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Edavion D. Wade, 19, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 102, was arrested on suspicion of stealing miscellaneous items at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Michael D. Maglone, 26, 1433 N. Water St., was arrested at South Pacific and Elm streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs.
  • Samuel M. Cook, 24, 555 N. Spring St., No. 49, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for parole violation.
  • Herman J. Gardner II, 36, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested at 3007 Wisteria Drive on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stop-sign violation and driving on the wrong side of the road.
  • Garion T. Hood, 24, of Clarksville, Tennessee, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
  • Eric S. Miller, 22, 1230 Bertling St., was arrested at 216 N. Missouri St. in Jackson on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
  • Michaela L. Bell, 18, 428 S. Pacific St., was arrested at 3019 Aspen Drive on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation and three Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation and contempt of court.
  • Charity L. Bode, 38, of Morley, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.

Thefts

  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 1204 Bloomfield St.
  • A meter box was reported stolen from Ameren Missouri at 1901 Big Bend Road.
