The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Elizabeth E. Perryman, no age given, 2500 Fairview Place, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, striking a lawfully parked vehicle and failure to maintain the right half of the road.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary, property damage and driving while suspended.

* Markease M. Hall, 28, 614 Sycamore St., No. 123, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on a juvenile warrant.

* Marcus L. Woods, 29, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and a Probation and Parole warrant for parole violation.

Summonses

* Andrea R. Kieninger, 33, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.

* Andrew S. Frank, 21, of St. Louis was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

* Melissa Capetilo, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close and no insurance.

Theft

* A cellphone was reported stolen at William and Spanish streets.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 540 S. Pacific St.

Burglaries

* Burglary, stealing and property damage were reported at Girardot Center of Youth, 609 N. Middle St.

* A flat-screen television was reported stolen at 1827 Huntington St.

* Burglary and stealing were reported at 1721 Cape Meadows Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Jimmy Johns, 1800 Broadway, reported counterfeiting.

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
