The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* A suspect was in custody for burglary and stealing at 608 Albert St.

Summonses

* Christopher Troy Miley, no age given, 1116 Cousin St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts -- noises.

* Lauren C. Findlay of Jackson, no age given, was issued a summons for stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Malcolm Dwayne Banks, 23, 1969 Delwin St., Apt. 6, was issued a summons for peace disturbance at 213 N. Clark St.

* Landers Whitcomb, 46, of 213 Clark Ave., was issued a summons for peace disturbance at 213 N. Clark St.

* Rhonda Denise Whitcomb, 46, of 213 N. Clark St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance at 213 N. Clark St.

Assault

* Third-degree assault was reported.

Thefts

* Theft from a vehicle was reported at 436 Louis St.

* Theft of money was reported at 2505 Meadow Lane.

* Theft of money and an ID was reported at 3049 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Service was requested at 904 S. Ellis St.

* Vehicle tampering was reported at 1116 S. Ranney Ave.

Property damage

* Damage to a window was reported at 20 N. Main St.
