The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Thomas D. Horne, 28, 244 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Howard E. Bellew, 58, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
* Omar H. Al-Moudi, 28, 409 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts, expired license plates and a Cape Girardeau warrant.
* David R. Smith, 29, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
* David I. Amerson, 26, 2027 Brink Ave., was arrested on suspicion of military desertion.
* Peddie P. Houston Jr., 22, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation and failure to appear for driving while suspended.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
* David A. Smith, 36, 1106 Big Bend Road was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for resisting an officer, a probation violation, driving while revoked and possession of marijuana.
* David R. Smith, 29, of Scott City was issued a summons for stealing clothes, bedding and toys at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Ronisha L. Blacksure, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Tiffany A. Kimble, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Devin T. Fitzgerald-Patterson, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
* Assault and property damage were reported.
* Assault was reported.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Mobil, 920 N. Kingshighway.
* A demolition saw was reported stolen from 2210 Sherwood Drive.

* A suspicious fire was reported.
