DWI

* Jose V. Ambrosio-Mendoza, 38, 103 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no driver's license.

Arrests

* Heather N. Davis, 21, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense and no insurance.

* Machaela B. Durham, 21, 1006 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Zachariah D. Sutton, 20, 2535 Masters Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property.

* Kamece L. Brown, no age given, 1015 Village Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* James Lee Hager, 22, of Creve Coeur, Mo., was arrested on a Phelps County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Danny Lee Warren, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Sears, 330 Siemers Drive.

* McKayla S. Hodge, 17, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Samantha N. Burks, 26, 2859 N. Whitener St., was issued a summons on suspicion of shoplifting at Dollar General, 64 S. Plaza Way.

* Jeremy J. Soucy, 34, of Kansas City, Mo., was issued summonses for excessive weed growth and failure to maintain property free of litter.

* David E. Rinks, no age given, of Milan, Tenn., was issued a summons for failing to secure load.

* Christine H. Hoester, no age given, of Kirkwood, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to drive within traffic lanes.

* Jonathan R. Ayers, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* Derrick D. Reed, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* Justin L. Brandy, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Missouri warrant for parole violation for absconding from electronic monitoring supervision.

* Shane G. Cumbee, 32, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of sale of a controlled substance.

* Jamie G. Hughes, 32, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County, Mo., warrant for probation violation for marijuana possession.

* Michael S. Hellman III, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

* Carrie R. Scott, 29, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
