Arrests

* Krisinda Lea Cook, 36, 114 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Damontray L. Blair, 32, 923 N. Fountain St, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage.

* Rantricus Maitray Wigfall, 26, 101 N. Ellis St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Missouri state warrant for parole violation.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for trespassing, possession of stolen property and burglary.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for trespassing, possession of stolen property and burglary.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.

* Michael D.L. Sanders, 47, 304 Mill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.

* Hubert R. Bell, 34, 919 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense and a Butler County warrant for nonsupport.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.

Summonses

* Rennold J. Wacht, 17, of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Jack Allen Daniels, 28, 3030 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 17, received a summons for littering and drinking in public.

* David H. Clary, 66, of Jackson received a summons for a leash law violation.

* Scott A. Young, 45, 2501 Saddlegate Court, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Edson Cruz Chavez, 30, of Phoenix was issued a summons for failure to maintain a property fee of weeds behind 1109 Merriwether St.

* Brian E. Young, 46, 1842 Westridge Drive, was issued a summons for failure to display proof of current city animal license.

Thefts

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 1545 Greenbrier Drive.

* A DVD and DVD player were reported stolen at 101 S. Louisiana St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Expiration stickers for vehicle licenses were reported stolen at 1354 N. Mount Auburn Road.

* Handcuffs were reported stolen at 725 S. Ranney Ave.

* A vehicle and ladders were reported stolen at 533 Broadway. The vehicle was recovered.

* A trailer was reported stolen at 835 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Graffiti was reported on the Arena Park Conservation Pavilion at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

* Church Enterprises, 1927 N. Kingshighway, reported damage to a trailer interior.

Miscellaneous

* A 46-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Stalking was reported.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.

* Trespassing was reported.
