The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Bryan D. McDowell, 35, 368 Country Club Drive, was arrested at Bertling Street and Price Drive on a Pinellas County, Florida, warrant for failure to appear for obstructing the extinguishing of a fire.

Summons

• Joshua L. Faulkner Sr., 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while revoked.

Thefts

• Theft and property damage were reported at 1413 William St.
• A sign was reported stolen from Road Runner Traffic Supply, 132 N. Main St.
• Prescription medication was reported stolen at 9 Village Lane.

Burglary

• Burglary and property damage were reported at Kasten Masonry, 408 Cooper St.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1037 N. Middle St.
• Property damage was reported at 821 William St.
