CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of burglary, property damage and stealing.

* A warrant arrest was reported at West Cape Rock Drive and Lexington Avenue.

* Jeremy M. Moore, 26, 1830 Stoddard St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.

* A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of domestic assault, stealing and resisting and interfering with arrest.

Summonses

* John W. King III, 45, of Jackson received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Shannon R. Mungle, 49, 307 S. West End Blvd., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Jacqueline L. Wyatt, 36, 1014 Bloomfield St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Gerald N. Stott, 70, 2917 Parkwest Heights, received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Lana F. Jackson, 59, 49 N. Park Ave., received a summons for failing to maintain property free of litter.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 1015 Bloomfield St.

* A burglary and theft were reported at 503 S. Ellis St.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at 2731 Chrysler Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A Nintendo DS, games and a bag were reported stolen at 2810 Hawthorne Road.

* Money was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Dunklin Street.

* Theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 1432 N. Water St.

* A bed cover was reported stolen at 1903 Huntington Drive.

* An autoharp was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A 1996 red GMC 4X4 pickup truck was reported stolen at 105 N. Clark Ave.

* A GPS unit was reported stolen on North County Park Drive.

* A burgundy and gray Cool Sport JL moped was reported stolen at 1508 N. Water St.

* A 1996 red Ford F150 pickup truck was reported stolen at 1021 S. Pacific St.

* A firearm was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 2314 Sherwood Drive.

* Property damage was reported at 3022 Patriot Drive.

* Property damage and trespassing were reported at 1336 Wayne St.

* Damage to a padlock was reported at 920 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Sexual misconduct was reported.

* Tampering with a vehicle was reported at 121 East Rodney Drive.
