Cape Girardeau police report 7/26/12

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Durk L. Graham, 22, 520 N. Fountain St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and possession.

* Three juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault and burglary.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing.

* Jeremy M. Moore, 26, 1830 Stoddard St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Kevin N. Cotner, 45, and Teresa K. Greable, 39, both of 1516 Big Bend Road, received summonses for stealing.

Assault

* Domestic assault and trespassing were reported.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of a metal shelf were reported at 1327 N. West End Blvd.

* A laptop and iPhone charger were reported stolen at 225 N. Ellis St.

Thefts

* Theft and property damage were reported at 1608 Dunklin St.

* Theft was reported at 1630 Themis St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 238 Park St.

* Medication and money were reported stolen at 220 N. Fountain St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 2857 Themis St.

* Property damage was reported at 1432 Water St.

* Property damage was reported at 105 Clark Ave.

* Property damage was reported at 1311 Brenda Kay Court.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 2763 Hawthorne Road.
