The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Jessie V. Dorris, 44, 1483 County Road 206, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 339 William St.
* Ombreis D. Watson, 20, 930 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Khristian Blake Tumbleson., 20, 25 N. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended driver's license.
* Ryan Anthony Sanders, 25, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
Summonses
* David L. Ivie, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing.
* K.C.R. Holter, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.
* Madison R. Kramer, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle, driving on wrong side of orad and no proof of insurance.
Burglary
* Empire Finance, 121 S. Broadview St., reported a glass door and carpet damaged and money stolen.
Theft
* Keys were reported stolen at 320 N. Pacific St.
* Theft of a firearm and money was reported at 2106 Yorktown Drive.
* An EBT card was reported stolen and a locking mechanism was reported damaged at 437 Louisiana Ave.
* Money was reported stolen at 621 Themis St.
Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 211 S. Park Ave.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1500 N. Main St.
Miscellaneous
* An incorrigible juvenile was taken into custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* Service was requested.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.
DWI
* Aaron B. Welter, 22, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
