* Ural R. Baker, 36, 924 College St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Harvey E. Gaddy, 46, 520 N. Fountain St., No. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for trespassing.

* Clareon D. Fraction, 33, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for expired tags.

Summonses

* Lakeisha S. Lee, 31, 913 Ranney Ave., received a summons for not keeping private property free of litter.

* Wesley J. Hall, 48, of Oak Ridge received a summons for excessive weed growth.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary and the theft of a wallet were reported at 515 3rd St.

* A burglary and the theft of an air conditioner were reported at 1123 S. Ellis St.

Thefts

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
